Pomarium Renaissance® is a refreshing, stand alone, non-alcoholic, craft beverage. If you prefer fizzy, mix it with soda water. Or make a fruit cocktail by mixing with other beverages such as juices, green or black tea. Yogurt or Kefir turn it into a delightful any-time-of-the-day smoothie.

 

As an accompaniment on the dinner table, it pairs well with a very wide range of foods and particularly usefully with spicy foods that overpower more mild-flavoured beverages. Trying it for yourself will help you build your own list of favourite pairings.

 

We cook with it regularly, adding it to vegetables or meats as marinades, sauces and salad dressings. Try roasting carrots or parsnips with it. It is equally adept at changing ordinary dessert recipes into superstars.  It won't take long to turn this into a pancake or waffle topping by reducing it a bit at low heat. Try this with pancakes and ricotta cheese. Spectacular.

 

Unsurprisingly, many people like to mix it with alcoholic beverages. Its distinctive red colour and complex flavour can take the place of cranberry or green apple juices in many cocktail drinks... try it with Cosmopolitans, Margaritas, and Martinis. It also fits well with any number of spirits, depending on people's preferences. We've been told it mixes well with rum, gin, vodka, and tequila. Others like it best mixed with sparkling wines or champagne. You'll need to make such choices based on your own preferences for alcohol.
